In an avalanche rescue, every second counts. Rescuers must be able to rely on their equipment without hesitation – there is no time for lengthy explanations. The Raptor avalanche shovel has been designed precisely for these extreme situations.

Thanks to its sliding tubes, the Raptor is ready for use in seconds: a single movement unfolds and locks the shovel into place. Its ergonomic design fits securely in the hands of both right- and left-handed users. An integrated cross-grip positioned near the centre of gravity relieves pressure on the leading hand and reduces the effort required. This allows snow to be moved more efficiently and with less exertion.

The size, shape and material of the shovel blade are optimally designed for cutting and lifting snow. The sliding tubes also ensure an exceptionally compact pack size. Newly developed features and striking graphics give the Raptor a distinctive, athletic character.
